PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a friction plate for a clutch of a shunt and a friction plate thereof are provided to prevent the damage of a clutch and a friction plate by frictional heat and to prevent the viscosity of lubricating oil from diluting. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a friction plate for a clutch of a shunt comprises the steps of: putting 5.7 weight percent Kevlar, 17.3 weight percent resin, 28.5 weight percent barium, 24.8 weight percent steel wool, 2.3 weight percent aluminum oxide, 2.7 weight percent cashew, and 18.7 weight percent calcium carbonate and mixing in a stirrer(S1); placing a mixture in a mold of a press and pressurizing at 180 degrees for 3 minutes, thereby forming a friction plate(S2); and putting the pressurized friction plate in an electric heat processor and treating with heat(S3).
