PURPOSE: A microwave oven is provided to improve reliability on operation by preventing the movement of a lock unit. CONSTITUTION: A microwave oven(1) includes a partition member(30) dividing into a cooking chamber(14) and an electric field chamber(16), a mounting piece(20) folded from a case(10) installed to the front of the partition member and spaced out from the partition member, a lock unit(40) inserted between the partition member and the mounting piece and provided with a mounting hole(44) to insert a locking hook of a door, and a movement prevention member(60) projected from the lock unit to abut on the partition member.
