PURPOSE: An energy obtaining method by processing fresh water of sea water, and a water purification device for the method are provided to separate energy in the sea water by the matter friction, the matter explosion, and the gravity. CONSTITUTION: An energy obtaining method by processing fresh water of sea water uses a device including a filtering container controlling valve, a brush, and a heating plate. The filtering container controlling valve(7) controls the discharge quantity of the fresh water and the seawater in a filtering container(1). The brush(99) is inserted into a through-hole formed on a shaft(98). The heating plate(56) increases the temperature of contaminants separated from the fresh water or the sea water passing through first, second, and third filtering partitions(3,4,5).
