KIT FOR DETECTING PESTICIDE RESIDUES AND THE DETECTING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for detecting remaining agricultural chemicals by an EIA(Enzyme-ImmunoAssay) is provided to detect remaining agricultural chemicals from processed foods and agricultural products. CONSTITUTION: A kit for detecting remaining agricultural chemicals comprises gold nanoparticles, an antigen, and an antibody. The antigen is 2,4,5-tichlorophenoxyacetic acid, 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid, or glyphosate. A method for detecting the remaining agricultural chemicals comprises: a step of binding a double-targeting DNA and dual-probe DNA to the gold nanoparticles; a step of binding the antigen to the double-targeting DNA-dual-probe DNA-gold nanoparticle complex; a step of mixing antigen which is conjugated with the double-targeting DNA-dual-probe DNA-gold nanoparticle complex and a free antigen; a step of performing the antigen-antibody reaction; a step of isolating the double-targeting DNA and dual-probe DNA-gold nanoparticles; and a step of measuring the concentrate of single probes of sequence number 2.
