PURPOSE: A method for providing an integrated lettering service for safe one call is provided to perform call connection with the customer without individual telephone number. CONSTITUTION: A CID is received(410). It is confirmed whether the CID is a number which is received from the customer(420). A message requesting an authentication number is transmitted to a caller(430). It is received that the caller inputs the CID(431). The database is searched by using the CID.
