PURPOSE: A NSAIDs salt compound is provided to enhance solubility in the water and to ensure quick drug efficacy. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical formulation contains non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NAIDs) amino acid salt compound. An amino acid salt compound of ibuprofen is prepared by dissolving ibuprofen in ethanol or acetone, adding amino acid(arginine or lysine), stirring, washing with the same solvent, and filtering. The NAIDs are ketorolac, RS-ketoprofen, S-ketoprofen, benoxaprofen, carprofen, flurbiprofen, pranoprofen, pirprofen, tiaprofenic acid, fluprofen, alminoprofen, bucloxic acid, alclofenac, or acematacin. The pharmaceutical formulation is used in the form of granules, tablets, or capsules.
