PURPOSE: A plasma flame processing device and method for an instrument panel core are provided to reduce the attachment of foreign materials after processing and prevent contamination due to harmful materials and excessive coating. CONSTITUTION: A plasma flame processing device(100) comprises a plasma flame radiation robot(20), a booth(30), and two tables(11,12). A core(50) for plasma flame processing is loaded in a table. The tables are connected to a cable chain(61) and a cylinder and moved back and forth. The plasma flame radiation robot radiates the plasma flame which is created by mixing gas and air when the table loaded with the core goes forward. The booth surrounds the table and plasma flame radiation robot and has doors(40,41,42) and a proximity sensor. The doors are formed behind the table for the loading and unloading of a core. The proximity sensor detects the opening and closing of the doors.
