PURPOSE: A mobile terminal battery installing apparatus and mobile terminal using method using the same are provided to install two or more attachable/detachable batteries in a mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A battery connector(200) connects a first battery and a second battery in parallel. The second battery is laminated on the first battery. A rear cover(300) is combined with a mobile terminal body(100) to accept the second battery and the battery connector. The rear cover equips a charge circuit. The charge circuit is connected to an external power supply. The charge circuit charges the first and second batteries.
