PURPOSE: A producing method of noodles and the noodles produced therefrom are provided to improve the nutrition and the palatability of the noodles by adding ingredients into conventional noodles. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of noodles comprises a step of adding laminaria japonica, dried radish greens, fermented soybean paste, and flour into conventional ingredients for obtaining the noodles. The noodles contain 8~12parts of laminaria japonica by weight, 8~12parts of dried radish greens by weight, 8~12parts of fermented soybean paste by weight, and 65~75parts of flour by weight. |
