PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for supplying learning information suitable for learning achievement are provided to increase learning efficiency by processing proper new learning according to the studying accomplishment of a user. CONSTITUTION: A problem storage unit(150) stores problem data and state information about each problem. A problem configuration unit(152) extracts problem set to be provided at Nth time. A learning controller(156) offers the problem set to a user client(110). The learning controller controls the learning procedure of a user. A problem state updating unit(154) updates problem state.
