PURPOSE: A mobile terminal holder is provided to change the mobile terminal having various forms according to the taste of user and the form of a mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A base holder member(20) is separately installed in a mobile terminal holder member. The base holder member equips a clamping part that fixes a mobile terminal on the mobile terminal holder member. A combining member(30) separately combines the mobile terminal holder member and the base holder member. A fixing member(40) is connected to the base holder member. The fixing member fixes the base holder member on a designated location.
