POTOELECTRIC CONVERSION MODULE

PURPOSE: A photoelectric conversion module is provided to improve an aperture ratio and to increase photoelectric conversion efficiency by using an island connection member for point-connecting photoelectric cells. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate and a second substrate are arranged to face each other. A sealing member is arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate to define a plurality of photoelectric cells for performing a photoelectric conversion operation. An island type connection member connects adjacent photoelectric cells through points among the photoelectric cells. The photoelectric cell comprises first and second electrodes having different polarity. The island type connection member is extended to connect the first electrode of one of the adjacent photoelectric cells with the second electrode of the other one of the adjacent photoelectric cells.
