AN EASY AND QUICK MANUFACTURING METHOD OF REED TEA

PURPOSE: A producing method of phragmites communis tea is provided to economically obtain the phragmites communis tea using leaves and roots of phragmites communis. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of phragmites communis tea comprises the following steps: washing and cutting leaves and roots of phragmites communis, and firstly roasting in a cauldron at 150~250deg C for 6~15minutes; secondly roasting the roasted phragmites communis leaves and roots at 80~150deg C for 10~20minutes; flavor-roasting the phragmites communis leaves and roots at 70~90deg C for 30~40minutes; and cooling the packing the obtained phragmites communis tea.
