PURPOSE: An LED lightning apparatus and method for manufacturing thereof are provided to omit using an adhesive and a separate insulating sheet by forming a metal circuit pattern on exoergicity and spreading an exoergicity layer having insulation heat conduction characteristic. CONSTITUTION: An exoergicity layer(20) insulates a substrate(10) and a conductive coating layer(30). The exoergicity layer prevents the damage according to a dielectric breakdown between the substrate and the conductive coating layer. The exoergicity layer transfers the heat emitted in an LED chip(40) to substrate. The conductive coating layer comprises a circuit pattern for driving the LED chip. The LED chip is driven with a signal applied through the conductive coating layer. |
