PURPOSE: A solar battery module and manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a solar battery module without separating each solar battery, thereby simplifying a manufacturing process by eliminating complicated processes. CONSTITUTION: Solar batteries(100a,100b) comprise an n+ area(140), a p+ area(150), a first electrode(160), and a second electrode(170). The n+ area is formed on the frontal side of a semiconductor substrate(110). A first trench(180a) and a second trench(180b) are formed between the solar batteries. A dielectric layer(130) is formed on the rear surface of the semiconductor substrate.
