PURPOSE: A broiling oven is provided to roast meat, etc. without a cover, to cook food by turning upside down or supplying newly while cooking and to enjoy soup together. CONSTITUTION: A broiling oven includes: a main body(100) provided with a first flame inlet(110) at the center; a grill fan(200) installed to the main body to be spaced out from the first flame inlet and provided with a second flame inlet(210) at the center and many flame passing holes(220) around the first flame inlet; a cover container(300) put on the grill fan and stopping up the second flame inlet with the bottom to guide influent flames radially to the contour of the grill fan; and a main cover(400) provided with a flame guide plate(410) at the inner center. |
