PURPOSE: A taxi enforcement system and method using and a recording medium for the same are provided to regulate taxis which refuse to take passengers using the specific movement patterns of objects. CONSTITUTION: An image acquisition unit(110) acquires an image of an object within a monitoring area. A recognition unit(120) recognizes the object and the movement of the object based on the image. A control unit(130) controls the photographing condition and operation of the image acquisition unit and analyzes the movement pattern of the object based on the signal of the recognition unit to regulate a taxi that refuses to take a passenger. The image acquisition unit includes a scanning camera(111) and a pan-tilt camera(113). The recognition unit includes a vehicle recognition part, a vehicle number recognition part, a taxi recognition part, and a position change recognition part. |
