PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing a spiral wire rod is provided to prevent the twisting or damage to flat iron since a rolling unit is installed adjacent to a rotating unit and rolling effect is applied to the flat iron. CONSTITUTION: A first fixing bar(20) is prepared on one side of a base(10). A second fixing bar(30) is prepared on the other side of the base. A twisting unit(40) moves between the first fixing bar and the second fixing bar. The twisting unit rotates and twists flat iron. To support both ends of a bar shape of the flat iron, the base is prepared in a rectangular shape. An opening(11) is formed on the central part of the top of the base in a longitudinal direction.
