PURPOSE: An attendance management system using a mobile terminal is provided to transmit the location of IDs to a database server and to process a remote diligence and laziness management center task. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal(20) transmits identification and location information of the mobile terminal to a management center server through a communication network(30). The management center server compares identification and location information with location information. The management center server passes final diligence and laziness data by processing the compared information. The management center server transmits a retransmission request message to the mobile terminal.
