PURPOSE: A metal strip punching device equipped with exchange punch is provided to secure uniform operating dependability in spite of long time use. CONSTITUTION: A metal strip punching device equipped with exchange punch comprises a lower die body(210), a top press body(220), an exchange punch(230), and a punch elevating member. The lower die body has a punch hole(240). A metal strip is provided to the lower die body. The top press body is installed on the top of the lower die body and is ascended and descended to the top and bottom. The exchange punch selectively punches the metal strip. The punch elevating member selectively elevates the exchange punch. The exchange punch elevating member comprises a sliding bar(300) and an elevation block. The elevation block is ascended and descended according to the sliding movement of the sliding bar.
