PURPOSE: A human body state and motion determining system, and human body state determining method using optical signal is provided to rapidly decide the state of one part of the human body, the posture of the human body, and the kinematic state of the human body by using the wireless communications network. CONSTITUTION: A human body state determining system(10) comprises an optical signal transmission module(100), a light signal delivery module(200), a human body state analysis module(300), and an user interface(400). The optical signal transmission module outputs the optical signal. The light signal delivery module is worn in one site of the human body. The light signal delivery module has one or more light signal delivery route having one or more cut edge. The human body state analysis module produces the light transmission rate of one or more light signal delivery route of being varied. The user interface is connected to the human body state analysis module. |
