<p>A dispensing device 30 for a two component mixture, such as an adhesive, has supply conduits 36, 37 for the two mixture components. The two components are metered to a predetermined ratio by metering devices within the dispenser. The metering devices are driven by motor M under the control of a signal from a trigger located in the handle. The metering devices may be in the form of a moveable shuttle configured to dispense shots of a known volume of each component, which are then mixed in a mixer prior to dispensing. The dispensing device may be used in a factory and suspended by means 47, 48 to balance the effect of gravity.</p> |
