A METHOD FOR PROCESSING OIL PALM DIETARY FIBER IS DISCLOSED. THE METHOD COMPRISES THE STEPS OF UTILIZING OF THE INNER PART OF OIL PALM TRUNK, SHREDDING THE TRUNK, DETOXIFYING WITH O3, MIXING WITH ENZYMES, LEMON WATER AND MICRO-ORGANISM, FERMENTATION, DRYING UNDER A LOW TEMPERATURE DRYING SYSTEM AND UNDERGONE LOW TEMPERATURE MICRO-GRINDING SYSTEM TO PRESERVE THE ORIGINAL ENZYMES VALUE OF THE TRUNK OF THE OIL PALM TRUNK. TEH FINE POWDER OBTAINED USING THE PRESENT METHOD ALLOWS EASIER ABSORPTION BY THE HUMAN BODY.
