The post (1) has a fixation profile provided with fixation axles and orifices on wings, where lower end of the post is articulated around a transversal axis on a mounting ring (2) using a joint (6), and the post is arranged such that the post is extensible. The mounting ring is fixed and supported on ground. The joint is arranged such that the joint is removable. A tube (8) slides at inner side of another tube (7) along a longitudinal axis of the post. The joint comprises a base integrated on the mounting ring in a reversible manner. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a light shelter comprising a web for forming a roof of the shelter (2) a method for mounting a post and a light shelter.
