PURPOSE: A drain pipe odor reducing construction method is provided to evenly spray cleaning agent, emulsifier and herbicide. CONSTITUTION: A high pressure water hose(11) is connected to an emulsifier and herbicide tank when a washing step is completed. The emulsifier and herbicide are sprayed through forward and rearward rotation air spray nozzles. The root of timber, growing at a connection part of a drain pipe, is removed. A forward rotation deposit removing part(A), a rearward rotation deposit removing part(B) and a rotating unit(C) are withdrawn from the drain pipe.
