The machine has a feeder and several printing and/or painting tools. A transportation path of a substrate paper sheet is assigned to a sheet guide. A drum is guided such that a wastage part in the paper is detected by a gripper bridge (26) of a drum (11) for spreading good parts in wastage parts. Sheet paper end is held on a paper sheet path by a suction power of the path or a separate pneumatic suction device to obtain sharp deflection of the wastage part of the substrate paper sheet by deflection using drum to obtain optimal spreading of the good parts. An independent claim is also included for a substrate paper sheet consisting of good and wastage parts. |
