The apparatus has a threaded spindle (95) and an electric motor (101) that are arranged in a region of a base adjacent to each other and surrounded by the base. The electric motor extends over a longitudinal section of the base while a rolling surface extends over another longitudinal section that is different from the former longitudinal section. The threaded spindle extends over the former longitudinal section and extends sectionally over the latter longitudinal section, and a rolling body continuously rotates in an assembly i.e. housing.
