PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous resin composition that is used as it is, is a coating material, coating, primer and adhesive to be subjected to spray coating or to be coated by coater coating, has excellent adhesiveness to various resin molded products such as polyolefin and synthetic rubber, and metals such as steel plate and aluminum, and excellent solvent resistance. SOLUTION: The aqueous resin includes an aqueous main agent (1) containing an aqueous resin (A) of a propylene-based resin containing a functional group to be reacted with a carbodiimide group and a carbodiimide group-containing curing agent (11).
