PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process using an emulsifier and a stabilizer for substantially removing accumulation of a monomer and prolonging long period stability of an oligomer droplet during storage. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the substantially uniform oligomer droplet in the aqueous dispersion includes preparing the aqueous emulsion of an emulsifier, at least one kind of monomer, a chain transfer agent and an initiator, and mixing the aqueous emulsion with the stabilizer and a plurality of seed particles. The method includes heating a mixture of the stabilizer and the seed particles, feeding it to the aqueous emulsion and increasing the particle size of the oligomer droplet in the aqueous dispersion.
