CONTROL METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR NON-SERVING UPLINK ENHANCED RADIO LINK OF DUAL-CARRIER SYSTEM

A control method for a non-serving uplink enhanced radio link of a dual-carrier system is provided, which comprises: a radio network controller notifies the carrier property information of the enhanced radio link to the non-serving NodeB which the terminal utilizing the dual-carrier high-speed packet access technique belongs to; and the non-serving NodeB controls the enhanced radio link according to the carrier property information. Also a control system for the non-serving uplink enhanced radio link of the dual-carrier system and a radio network controller are provided. The control method enables the terminal to establish the uplink enhanced dedicated channel according to the carrier property information of the radio link, and implements the feasible application of the dual-carrier technique in special scenes with small modifications so as to make the dual-carrier high-speed packet access technique feasible.
