PURPOSE: An in-wheel axle apparatus for motor direct driving type is provided to increase relatively interval with the coil of stator and the magnetic of rotor by establishing caliper in the side of rotor and stator. CONSTITUTION: A coil(30) is assembled with a stator(22). A magnetic(29) is assembled with a rotor(23). A disc(24) is assembled in rotor by using a rotor/disc fastening bolt(35) and a rotor/disc engage nut(36). In order to occur the braking power in the above-described disc, a caliper(34) is assembled with the caliper fastening bolt in a steering knuckle(21). A wheel(28) is assembled with the rotor by a rotor/wheel fastening bolt(38) and a rotor/wheel engage nut(37). A herb(26) is assembled with the rotor by a herb/rotor fastening bolt(31) and a herb/rotor engage nut(32). A bearing(25) is installed between the stator and the herb. The stator and the rotor are assembled in the coil and the magnetic.
