<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting device capable of efficiently radiating heat generated on an LED 12 to a radiator 20 and efficiently performing processing and assembling. <P>SOLUTION: The LED lighting device includes a board 10 for mounting at least the LED on the surface, and the radiator 30 having a surface with which a back surface of the board comes in contact. The radiator includes a radial heat-radiating fin section extended from a back surface of a surface that comes in contact with the board and made from a plurality of heat radiating fins arranged at a radial state, and a cylindrical heat-radiating fin section extended from the back surface of the surface that comes in contact with the board and made from at least one or more of cylindrical bodies arranged in a concentric circle with the radial heat-radiating fin section inside the radial heat-radiating fin section. Furthermore, the radiator has a ventilation passage capable of ventilating a gaseous body inside and outside the cylindrical body constituting the cylindrical heat-radiating fin section.
