<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating uterine leiomyosarcoma by detecting mutation site of JAK1 kinase gene in a uterine smooth muscle tissue or cells. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided an oligonucleotide comprising a partial sequence selected from the group consisting of a partial sequence of a JAK1 kinase gene containing at least one of mutation sites (A2), (A3), (A5) and (A6) of the JAK1 kinase gene and a partial sequence of LMP2 promoter containing at least one of mutation sites (B2) and (B4) of the LMP2 promoter, or a labeled product of the oligonucleotide; and the oligonucleotide comprising a partial sequence composed of 10-30 bases or a sequence complementary to the partial sequence, or its labeled product, including (A2) G2626A, (A3) G2642T, (A5) A2960C, (A6) A2985T, (B2) C214T and (B4) A217G. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
