<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform dynamic radio resource allocation in real time based on a circumferential environment of a home base station (HeNB). <P>SOLUTION: The HeNB detects the reception power of a reference signal transmitted from an adjacent HeNB, sectionalizes a radio resource unit of an allocation object into its own station-occupied resource subset, the other station-occupied resource subset, and a shared resource subset based on the detection result, sets different reference signal transmission power values to radio resource units of the own station-occupied resource subset, the other station-occupied resource subset, and the shared resource subset, and allocates radio resource units included in the own station-occupied resource subset and the shared resource subset to respective UEs receiving a service of the own station. According to this invention, dynamic resource allocation is self-adaptively performed in real time based on the circumferential environment of the HeNB to effectively remove a blind zone in a service area of a cell, whereby the performance of a cell end user and fairness among users can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
