PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide device of an elevator laid out so that a load is applied in the compression direction to a damper, by collecting the installation volume small. SOLUTION: The guide device 10 includes a center roller 11, a side roller 12, a first idling part 111, a second idling part 112, a first support part 121, a second support part 122, a first damper 131 and a second damper 132. The first idling part 111 holds the center roller 11. The second idling part 112 holds the side roller 12. The first support part 121 is arranged in parallel to a tip surface 21a of a blade 21 of a guide rail 2. The second support part 122 is arranged in parallel to a side surface 21b of the blade 21 of the guide rail 2. The first damper 131 is sandwiched between the first idling part 111 and the first support part 121, and the second damper 132 is sandwiched between the second idling part 112 and the second support part 122, and respectively receives vibration as a compressive load.
