PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide herbal medicine-containing tablets improved with both of disintegration property and impact resistance and also having an improved herbal medicinal taste, and a method for producing herbal medicine-carrying particles useful for the herbal medicine-containing tablets. SOLUTION: The herbal medicine-containing tablets are characterized by including the herbal medicine-carrying particles obtained by adsorbing a water-soluble herbal medicine extract component to crospovidone. The method for producing the herbal medicine-carrying particles for the herbal medicine-containing tablets is characterized by comprising a process of adding the water-soluble herbal medicine extract and/or dried water-soluble herbal medicine extract solution to the crospovidone under a fluidized bed or under agitation, impregnating, and drying.
