PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that incorporating magnets in a permanent magnet motor and a power generator and manufacturing them is extremely difficult because of a strong magnetic force of each magnet. SOLUTION: The shapes of magnets of a permanent magnet motor and a power generator are determined in such a way that the magnets are thin in the entrance side and thick in the exit side in the direction of rotation.
