PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving picture generation system which creates moving pictures based on continuous still images for enjoyment, to provide a moving picture display method, and to provide a Web server to support it. SOLUTION: There are created a plurality of time-series image data continuously photographed with a digital camera (50) by a user, or a cut out image data sequence (n pieces of continuous images) where background images are removed from the image data using an image processing technology and then objects are cut out or a composite image data sequence where the cut out image sequences are pasted onto the other background images. They are transmitted (uploaded) from a user PC (10) to a Web server (20) as still image data sequences. Then, the Web server (20) converts the received cut out image data sequences to moving pictures so that the user PC (10) or a cellular phone (40) can download the converted moving pictures through the Web server (20).
