A formula helper device includes a dispenser bottle having a neck for receiving powdered baby formula therein. A cap has an upstanding pour spout. The cap is capable of engaging the neck of the dispenser bottle. A mechanism is for dispensing a precise amount of the powdered baby formula in the dispenser bottle through the pour spout of the cap and into a baby bottle, when the dispenser bottle is inverted over the baby bottle.
