<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability in a holder with a battery mounted therein for supplying power to a circuit board in response to an operation of a power supply switch. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic thermometer includes a holder, on which a circuit board that computes a body temperature of a subject on the basis of detected temperature data, and a battery which supplies power to the circuit board, are mounted. The holder includes an electrode plate, which supplies the power supplied from the battery to the circuit board, and a defining member, which defines, at a connecting position where a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the electrode plate are connected, the leading end position of the positive electrode and the leading end position of the negative electrode. The defining member holds the leading end position of the positive electrode so that the positive electrode may be disposed along the sidewall of the holder, and the defining member is disposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode so that the leading end position of the negative electrode may maintain the position at a prescribed distance from the positive electrode held along the sidewall of the holder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
