PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of regenerating a surface body which has high durability, prevents a binder from flowing out, and prevents elastic granular substances from being denatured during construction even if elastic particulate substances are mixed therein. SOLUTION: This method of regenerating a surface body 10 includes a spraying step of spraying an aqueous emulsion formed by emulsifying a solid or semi-solid binder on an existing surface body, and a stirring step of stirring the existing surface body and the aqueous emulsion by a stirrer.
