PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a premium acquisition game apparatus in which a premium can be pushed downward to make it drop to a premium trap opening when a premium acquisition part is moving down without specifying the premium arrangement position in a premium storage part. SOLUTION: The premium acquisition game apparatus includes: an operation part in an outside part of a case; a premium display part to display premiums in the case; a premium moving part capable of moving the premium from the premium display part by operating the operation part; an opening part in an inside part of the case into which the premium moved from the premium moving part is dropped; a premium extraction storage part to store the premium dropped from the opening part; and an extraction part in the case to extract the premium dropped to the premium extraction storage part out of the case. In the premium display part 21, cord members 30 are stretched between mooring parts 29l1-29ln disposed in an opposite position relation across the premium display part and mooring parts 29r1-29rn in the opposite position relation.
