摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of detecting a nucleic acid which uses an immobilized probe having an immobilized fluorescent oligonucleotide probe having higher design and higher versatility. SOLUTION: The method of detecting a target nucleic acid uses the immobilized probe comprising a solid phase carrier, and an oligonucleotide probe which forms a stem and a loop, and comprises at least one cyanine fluorophore linked to a unit as shown by formula (1) (in the formula, X represents the fluorophore, R1 represents an alkylene chain whose carbon number is 2 or 3 and which may be substituted, R2 represents an alkylene chain whose carbon number is 0 to 2 and which may be substituted, and Z represents direct coupling or a linking group).
