PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the quantity of dissolved hydrogen in a hydrogen dissolved liquid, not only when the hydrogen dissolved liquid is stored by a simple and safe method, but also when the hydrogen dissolved liquid is used or the hydrogen dissolved liquid is always available. SOLUTION: A liquid container having a flexible exterior contains the liquid in which hydrogen molecule is dissolved. A pressurizer is installed in a part or all of the liquid container and keeps depressurized from the outside. At least a part of the outer surface of the liquid container is covered with a liquid container cover provided with a layered film having gas barrier properties, so that the liquid container keeps depressurized from the outside of the layered film.
