PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint member of a panel without requiring to be provided with a dedicated attachment structure on a panel side, while having high sealability. SOLUTION: This joint member 1 includes first and second bases 1a and 1b which are laid over the upper edges of the panels, respectively, a seal portion 1c which connects the first and second bases together, and first and second foot portions 1d and 1e. The first and second foot portions 1d and 1e are elongated downward respectively from a boundary between the first and second bases 1a and 1b and the seal portion 1c. The seal portion 1c is curved downward, and the first and second bases 1a and 1b and the first and second foot portions make acute angles, respectively.
