Provided is an adhesive sheet which has sufficient initial adhesiveness, enables bonding of a metal to a metal, a metal to an organic material or an organic material to an organic material, and can sustain excellent adhesion strength without affected by temperature change. The adhesive sheet comprises a first release paper, an adhesive layer and a second release paper that are laminated in this order, wherein said adhesive layer contains an adhesive, said adhesive contains at least an acrylic resin, an epoxy resin and a curing agent, and the content of said epoxy resin is in the range of 175-300 parts by mass per 100 parts of the acrylic resin. |
