A LANCET

摘要

A lancet for one-time use to prick and/or incise skin tissue. The lancet includes a slider that retracts into a housing to compress a coil element inside the housing. The coil element then pushes a puncture element through an aperture in the slider to prick and/or incise skin tissue. Afterwards, a resilient elements operates to retract the puncture element into the housing and prevent further exposure of the puncture element through the aperture. A locking mechanism is also provided to secure the slider in place to prevent subsequent arming of the lancet.
