A tower-mounted booster of the present invention is connected between the first and second antennas and a base station body and processes a main transmission and reception signal and a diversity transmission and reception signal. The tower-mounted booster comprises: a coupler which is installed at one of the main transmission paths for processing the main transmission and reception signal in order to split some of the main transmission and reception signal power; a variable attenuator which adjusts and outputs the attenuated amount of the split transmission signal by receiving the signal split from the coupler; and a high-power amplifier which receives and high-power amplifies the signal outputted from the variable attenuator, then outputs the high-power amplified signal as a diversity transmission signal. |
