SCAVENGING AIR VALVE APPARATUS USING TORSION SPRINGS FOR 2-STROCK ENGINE

PURPOSE: A scavenging valve device for a two-stroke engine is provided to prevent damage to an air flap by employing a torsion spring which is installed in the air flap to stop the rotation and opening of the air flap when the air flap is completely opened. CONSTITUTION: A scavenging valve device for a two-stroke engine comprises supporting blocks which are installed on both sides of a vent, a hinge shaft(200) which is connected to the supporting blocks, an air flap(300) which is connected to the hinge shaft between the supporting blocks via a hinge part(320) being rotated and rotates around the hinge shaft, and a torsion spring(400) which is coupled to the hinge shaft on one end of the hinge part of the air flap.
