<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device and a memory system which is excellent in data integrity. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor device 1 includes: a nonvolatile semiconductor memory device 11 which can hold data; and a memory controller 10 which controls write operation of write data received from a host unit 2 into the semiconductor memory device 11.
